Your Onboarding Guide 101
Congratulations on becoming an official Tiny merchant!
We’re beyond honored to be part of your entrepreneurial journey.
Whether you’re a crafter selling art at local fairs, a baker sharing delicious cookies from home, or a self-taught botanist selling plants at the farmer’s market on Sundays — our goal with Tiny is to be your sidekick, championing you, helping you grow, and making business just a tad easier.
You’re probably reading this because you want to know what’s next now that you’re onboarded — and good news, you’re in the right place!
🖐️ 5 Things to Do After Onboarding
1. Add Your Products
Make sure to add your products to your Tiny Store as soon as you can — an empty store doesn’t look great! You can always edit descriptions, update images, or delete products anytime right from the app.
2. Share Your Tiny Store Link!
In your Preview Tab, click the right icon to copy your custom Tiny Store URL. That’s the link your customers will shop from — so add it everywhere:
- Instagram bio
- TikTok profile
- Facebook page
Example: Your followers see your Tiny Store URL on Instagram → click it → view your products → order. Simple. That’s how you turn followers into customers.
3. Link Your Socials
Don’t forget to add all your social handles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to your Tiny Store — it helps customers stay connected!
Have other links like Etsy? Add them under Settings → Social Buttons so visitors can find all your links in one place.
4. Update Your Branding
If you sped through setup, take a moment to revisit your brand colors and logo. We’ve got default designs, but we’re sure yours will look even better.
5. Keep Track of Your Store
Keep an eye on your Tiny Store app and your email inbox — orders can come in fast! Confirm them promptly so your customers aren’t waiting too long.
Pro tip: Enable notifications to stay on top of every sale.
